Today we present to you a 26-year-old jumper from Geneva – Switzerland, Jean-David Duval!
Jean-David started diving when he was only 4 years old and 15 years later he started highdiving. Sports fascinated him and he trained 20 hours a week! He has currently joined the Swiss national team in highdiving and will represent his country at the European Championships this August in Japan – Fukuoka. From there, he is going to fly straight to Highjump!

It will be his 3rd participation in Highjump and as he himself says – he can’t wait to come to Hrimezdice again!

This year he also competed at the World Cup, where he took 15th place and finished third in the national cup in the synchronized jump with Matthias Appenzeller.
Jean-David works as a diving coach in Geneva and is pursuing a master’s degree in sports management at the University of Lausanne.
