On July 30th and 31st 2021 the Highjump cliffdiving competition will take place at the traditional location of the Hřiměždice quarry despite the original report, which announced that the event had been cancelled. Thanks to the release of anti-epidemic measures, the organizers have agreed with the municipal council to organize the event under limited conditions. The traditional summer event will host 2,000 visitors, who can look forward to a sports spectacle, an accompanying program, DJ performances and more. A limited number of tickets are available in the Ticketstream.cz network.
“We are glad that we can finally organize Highjump. It will be a flashback for us organizers and we believe an entertaining experience for visitors to see the water races almost as we did when we started the event years ago,” says Tomáš Kučera, one of the organizers of the event. A tower #Meisterštyk of 16 and 12 meters above the water level will be prepared for diving, which is a height that guarantees a very interesting spectacle. “We are in contact with top domestic divers and foreign athletes have also already confirmed their participation,” added Tomáš.
In addition to diving, DJs will traditionally play at the quarry. The organizers are working hard on the music program and will soon publish it. Visitors will also have the opportunity to try jumping into a giant inflatable pillow, sit in the relaxation zone, have a good meal and enjoy the show right by the water.
Pre-sale of a limited number of tickets is launched in the Ticketstream network for a pre-sale price of CZK 790. Due to the traditional attendance of Highjump, it is very likely that tickets will only be available in pre-sale. The organizers will inform about the current situation with tickets on their website or on social networks.
Entrance to the complex will be conditioned by current anti-epidemic measures of the Czech government.
